Kristen John successfully defended her final doctoral exam for the PhD in Genetics and Genomics degree on April 30, 2025. Her dissertation title was “Functional characterization of human long non-coding RNAs within influenza infection and the interferon response”.
In Fall 2025 Kristen will be an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Liberty University (https://www.liberty.edu/).
